Ordinances

An ordinance governing the design, construction, alteration, enlargement, equipment, repair, demolition, removal, conversion, use, occupancy, and maintenance of all buildings and structures; known as the building code; providing for the issuance of permits, collection of fees, making of inspections, providing penalties for the violation thereof; declaring and establishing fire limits; and repealing any conflicting ordinance of the Township of South Union.
